Couples Intensives
Couples intensives are extended, focused sessions designed to help partners make meaningful progress in a shorter amount of time. Rather than rehashing the same issues week after week, intensives create space to work through challenges more deeply and efficiently. These sessions can take place in the office or at a chosen location, offering flexibility based on your needs. Intensives may include both individual and couples therapy throughout the process, allowing each partner space for personal reflection as well as shared work together. This approach can be especially helpful for couples navigating betrayal, considering divorce, or working to rebuild after separation, providing a structured and supportive environment for clarity, healing, and reconnection.
Invdividual Intensives
Individual intensives are extended, focused sessions designed for those who are ready to make meaningful change in a shorter amount of time. Rather than meeting once a week, intensives allow for deeper, more consistent work, helping you stay engaged and build momentum. Many people pursue intensives during seasons of significant change—such as role transitions, relationship challenges, promotions, recovery from addictions, or other major life shifts—when they feel motivated to move forward in a more intentional way. Sessions can take place in the office or on location, depending on your preferences, and often include intentional work or “homework” between sessions to support continued progress. Individual intensives provide a structured and supportive space to gain clarity, process experiences, and create lasting change.
Family Intensives
Family intensives are extended, focused sessions designed to help families work through ongoing conflict and strengthen relationships in a shorter amount of time. They can be especially helpful for blended families, divorced families, extended families, or any family experiencing a crisis or needing more support than traditional weekly sessions provide. In some cases, intensives may begin with separate sessions before bringing family members together, allowing for safety and readiness in the process. Sessions are typically held in the office and focus on improving communication, establishing appropriate boundaries, and fostering greater understanding through grace and compassion.
“Chase is honestly incredible. I’ve been in therapy for years and never had someone help me get to so many roots within a matter of weeks. From myself to family dynamics to business / career to parenting, Chase has offered support, guidance, and posed questions that keep the work we do in the room happening beyond one session. 10/10, book the session, you won’t regret it.”
